This dating facebook app made it very clear during signup that you have THREE days to cancel before they charge you the monthly fee. I attempted to cancel before the end of day 3 but the app makes it impossible. The instructions to cancel in their help refer to links that don't exist. When finally finding the cancel subscription link buried under their FAQ it brought me to a dead page (404 not found). I finally called customer service and explicitly asked to cancel. I also confirmed that I would NO charges would post to my card after cancelling. The rep said that is true. Well, few days later I see a $40 charge on my credit card. Luckily Amex is good about these things and credited the amount but this is not how you do business. Stay away from this company as they will NOT respect your right to cancel, make it near impossible to do so, and you will likely see many fraudulent charges on your credit card. The app is very clunky and the whole business seems shady.
