I ordered two pairs of Toms shoes from this company on April 01. I saw their advert on Facebook. When I logged onto their website to check my order, it is still 'pending'. No confirmation number, no way to contact them etc.

I am happy that I purchased the shoes through Pay Pal because I was able to make a claim against the company and they will try and get my money back. As of today 04/10 I have yet to hear back from them. PayPal is investigating my claim because I felt they are fraudulant. After reading all of the complaints, I think that it has been confirmed!!
