I Bought A toshiba lap top on December 20th. March 3rd is when the problem's began. I called tech support because e mail was not wotking. They told me to send it in for repair which i did. They sent me a box and lable sent it to them the day they recieved the lap top they sent it back saying they repaired the hard drive. When i got it back another problem started i got nothing. Nothing was working i called tech support again. They told me to ship it out to get repaired again. I shipped it out on the 20th of march and they kept telling me they were waiting for a part. I called again to see why i have not got it back yet, i told them i should get a full refund. So i got my lap top back yesterday which was april 9th. They said they replaced the motherboard on the lap top. Which it should be working like a new lap top. But it is still not working and they refuse to give me a full refund. Now they want me to ship it back again for repair. I am very up set with toshiba. I think i should get a full refund. How many times do i need to send this in for repair.
