Applied for a job with lekha wireless for data entry. Received email wanting me to install yahoo messenger to message someone to do an online interview. I checked out the lekha wireless on line and found a website. Looked legit. Contacted interviewer, christopher vandett, had interview, said i was hired. Did an employment agreement. Received first check via fed ex (should have known right then it was a scam) took check to bank and deposited. Told christopher that it was in process. Once it cleared being deposited i was to go to 2 different western unions and send money to a tyrone battle in s. C and a randy in miami, fl. 2 days later received another check, thought this was fishy, took to bank found out that and previous checks were fraudulent. My bank contacted bank issuing check and my bank was told that those check had already been written to a different persona and had been cashed. Needless to say when check came back unpaid, it put my account in the negative. I sent in a refund slip, as of today 4/10 have not heard from them or received a refund. I did file a police report with my local agency. Now my bank accounts are frozen with no way to access my money. This company is a major fraud.
