I purchased x box live code from Instant Points supposed to receive the code within 30 seconds I received an email receipt and they have taken the money but, 6 days later NO CODE. You leave a ticket for customer service which I have left a message everyday and had NO RESPONSE AT ALL! I warn people not to use this site. I feel really cross I've been 'had' in this way. It was a present for my sons good school report and his pocket money so really mean.
