I want to let others know this is a scam. If you read carefully, the front of the envelope states that "This is not a government document" to offload their liability.in the letter, they ask you to pay $225 immediately or you will face the risk of your LLC being suspended appearing as though it is a letter from the government quoting many state laws. I actually have my LLC managed by a well-reputed third party and received all the government documents from the state of CA. What they want to do is to use scare tactics to coerce you into paying the fee again. Please don't fall for it. The company should be investigated and closed down for using these type of scare tactics.
