Threatened me with cutting benefits is i did not go to their doctor that abused me with x ray to show fracture witnessed by assistant and photo fax splicing different days together tilting camera cutting out assistant, changing times and dates. I was with out benefits by may with no notice along with my life insurance canceled. I just recieved back pay for the lost monthly but there is no mention of my life insurance that i purchased and the disability was a given due to the life co-payed by employer
in which is the foundation for my payments being taxable. Now i am offered a lump that is worth half of the actual bennifits if i live to retirement. It is more of a threat than an bennifit. But the used dirty tactics and without review cut my bennifits after i showed them the ileagle tactics done by their contractors.
