I bought 4200 Microsoft points x2, this costed me £51.54 ($78.88)
After waiting 3 hours after the confirmation email i decided to open a ticket.
After 4 messages, i still recieved no reply.
I am shocked at this, and i'm quite annoyed with the amount of money this has caused me to lose.
