I believe I have become a victim of fraud. I ordered 3 items from the above firm and paid the amount of £154,23 on 03.01.13. I received 3 fake products instead, cheap imitation of the items I have ordered and the attached receit indicated that they only cost $18. I emailed the sales team on Swarovski_sale@ymail.com to report the problem. They asked me to send them a picture of the received items which I did. It was only in February that after several more emails from me to them that I receivedd the follwing email on 22.02.13:

I am still waiting to receive the promised items but no luck. I have also emailed them several times and no reply.
