I received a solicitation from this company stating the the nonprofit which I founded was required to file a new Statement of Information for $225; my understanding is that this is not necessary until two years from the date of the initial filing with the Secretary of State's Office.

I did not pay for this service, but wanted to report it to avoid others falling for a similar scam.
