This is a scam website that when the user uses a search engine to find their state DMV (i.E. Google search for Wisconsin DMV) it takes you to a site purporting to be your state DMV (although there is a very difficult to locate disclaimer that says it is not affiliated with any governmental agency), where it then sells you what you believe are legitimate DMV services, captures your credit card information and fraudulently charges your card. My wife was tricked by this site that is clearly set up as a scam. Dispute transactions with your credit card company to get your money back.
