Miscellaneous

Engaging ecommerce llc of akron oh. Doing business as megabucks.com. I ordered a renewal to a magazine through this online company on 2/17. The order was confirmed as processed by e-mail immediatly and my bank account was debited. I did not receive th magazine as of 3/27. I checked with the magazine's publisher/subscription department and was told that a renewal was ordered. The payment was reported to come from ENGAGING ECOMMERCE LLC AKRON OH. I sent requests for support through megabucks.com online contact. My first request for support was ignored. They responded to my second request with what appears to be an automated response. It directed me to follow one of two links to retrieve information on my order. Both links led to "access denied" webpages. I have requested a full refund through their "request for support" page today. I am also conacting my bank to have the charges reported as fraud.
