We called to order the one skillet for 19.99. It was supposed to be a buy one get one free deal. When we called they said they had never heard of such a deal and that they could not honor even though I was willing to play back the commercial we just saw. I told them to cancel the order and even verified it 3 times that it was canceled. A couple weeks later I get home to a package on my doorstep from them. When I investigated I noticed they had sent me an entire set of pans and had set up automatic payments to come off my credit card monthly totaling $339. I called them to fix the issue because I never even ordered the whole set. They basically told me it was my problem and that in could send the pans back but that I would be out the shipping.
