I have been scammed also. 4 weeks ago 230pds taken from my account. Disputes team at my bank assured no further withdrawals from these two companies yesterday 198pds from my account because they went in as other companies - bank will refund this and I had to cancel my account and get a new one. I'm thinking it's not just a scam but more like fraud.
