I just received a call from 813-344-1970 When this call first came in, I knew, from the India accent, it was marketing call, and I told the person my number is on the Government's National Do Not Call list, and asked him to please remove my number from their call list. This person got pushy with me, and said this was legal call. He quoted my email address, my name, and the state I am living in, and asked me if I was aware that I am being sued. That frightened me, and set my heart pumping, so I had to find out more. He transferred me to the lawyer handling the lawsuit. The next person that came onto the phone said they are a legal firm, and I have a lawsuit filed against me. He identified himself as Hector Bentley and he gave me a case number; supposedly the case number of a lawsuit on me. He said that when Cash Advance America tried to take the funds out of my bank, they couldn't... I interrupted and said I have never had any cash advance from anyone, and suddenly the line went off. He hung up. They both sounded like they were from India. I have been called at least a dozen times over the past 24 hrs, and have advised every caller that my number is on the Do Not Call list, then I have hung up every time; till this call.

I have now lodged a formal complaint on the Government's Do Not Call registry.

I am still feeling the anxiety this call caused when they said I am being sued, and am still trying to slow my heart palpitations. This is the WORST scam call I have ever had!
