Miscellaneous

I was called in reference to a vacation package. I was informed for 45 minutes that it would be an all-inclusive package for 399.00. I gave the company my credit card information once they received it they sent me to a verifier. I verified the information in reference to the hotel and the package offer once I agreed to that my information was correct and I wanted the package that I was offer which included the all-inclusive program they change the agreement and tried to charge me almost another 1000 for the all inclusive which the gentlemen who I spoke to prior to the verifier told me I would be getting for 399.00. Also I was told the call was being recorded and timed so please do not say anything. Once again I verified that this was an all-inclusive for four adults the gentlemen changed it. I was also told SO WHAT IF YOU WE MISLEAD dispute it then. I was completely taken advantage of I feel like I was victimized in the worst way. This is not the first time this company has done this there over many complaints via Internet in reference to similar experiences.
