Smile Pro Direct of Desert Gecko, 6330 N. Washington St., Unit 8, Denver, Colorado, 80216, USA, advertised 'free' tooth whitening, requesting the cost of postage only. However, upon checking my bank statement £0.86 on 15th, £2.65 on 18th of March & £61.04 on 3rd April was taken from my account. At NO time did I agree to £61.04 (the cost of the whitening, apparantly) being withdrawn, only the postage. When I complained to my bank, they contacted the fraudulent company, who were extremely aggressive & rude and flat out refused to return the funds, even though I haven't even opened the tooth whitening. Smile Pro Direct is utterly DISHONEST & complete FRAUDSTERS & should be INVESTIGATED, needless to say, I will be contacting the State Police Dept. Etc. & whoever it takes to prevent these rogues operating.
