Same as everyone else, ordered the free trial for 4.99$ each, tried the cream and serum, didn't love it and went on with my life. I get an email a month later stating that they are shipping my next months supply! I have never done a trial like this before nor do I ever give these types of co. My c/card EVER. I called and the chick
Megan that answered was such a professional, she said all the right things. I was very upset, was able to control myself and tell her to stop the shipment and the charges, she said she was very sorry but it already shipped this morning! (What a shocker!) I feel like a total idiot for getting into this situation, she did agree after several minutes to refund me 50%, I then called Visa and they said you need to write an email of CANCELLATION and ship the next product back ASAP with a tracking number. I don't know what my next step should be??? This sucks and will never happen to me again! We need to stop this SCAM COMPANY from continuing to do this to others!!!
