Bought 1 can at Family Dollar for $10. Used it to seal the seam on our roof. After 2 months in the Arizona sun, it has all turned to a fine powder and is blowing away in the wind! What a ripoff! It is a metal roof. It's on the north side, away from the sun, and it's not even summer yet!
