Made an order back in January and received a confirmation for the order. I never received the magazine so an email was sent to their customer support. They replied that they would resubmit my order but later told me the order could not be fulfilled. They said they would credit my account but that has yet to happen. I have sent another email to their customer support since then but they have yet to respond. Most likely a fraudulent company because it doesn't look like they have updated their website after their holiday sale.
