I called Bob's and told the agent the problems I've been having with my furniture I purchased back in May... I spent over 6,000 with Bob's in two days and also paid for the Goof Proof which is a warranty to fix repair or replace any furniture that was damaged up to 5 years... All of their furniture have been falling apart and breaking since 3 months of purchase date... I was told to call Goof Proof customer service and they would take care of all of my repairs due to they were covered by my warranty... I then called Goof Proof and spent 20 minutes telling all of the damages to a very rude agent named Riley #003... After telling her the same thing I told Bob's she said they won't do nothing for me because I couldn't tell her the exact day and time the merchandise was damaged... I have a 1 year old and just me... She can;'t talk to tell me shge broke something or she spilled something... I would have never paid for Goof Proof if I was told I needed exact dates and times damages occurred in order to have them repaired... I am disabled, and have been in and out of the hospital all of 2012... I have had four surgeries since May and that's why I couldn't answer times and dates... All of the damages are from accidents that have happened since I have purchased these items... I feel as a consumer I haver been discriminated against and taken advantage of during the sale process... None of this was explained nor mentioned when asked to pay for Goof Proof... I would have never purchased it... I am highly dissatisfied and very angry... I want something done... I furnished my whole condo based on the goof proof warranty knowing I have a 1 year old... I am willing to go further with this if I have to... Please help me
