I sent off for a trial, after reading the fine print, I ensured that I sent the products back in time so I would not be charged £37.50, unfortunately they have taken 2 payments of £37.50 I have tried contacting them and get an automated response to say my order has been cancelled and I will receive an email, which I have not received. I did email their company through their orders but have had no reply
