I was granted a Bankruptcy and signed a reaffirmation agreement with CFCU to keep paying on my car, this went on for 4 months never missed a payment. I took my car in to trade on another one and the dealer could not take my car because CFCU put it in the Bankruptcy and on my credit report that the car was added to the Bankruptcy, I bought another car with money down and took the car back to CFCU like my Bankruptcy Lawyer told me to and CFCU sent me a letter saying that they were respossing it and that they only got $15,000 for it and that I owe them $9,000 and $700 for fees, all I wanted to do was get another car, who was wrong Me or the car dealer, or the Lawyer, or the credit union?
