I ordered 2 pairs of Toms through the outlet that I found pinned on Pinterest. It has been nearly a month and I have not received them, nor will they reply back with tracking details or other info after I have emailed them 4 times. The only contact info is a hotmail address. I have demanded my money back. Looks as though that is not going to happen.
