In conjunction with an order for electronic components, we got a Proforma Invoice (YC-01-31) of about USD 393 for payment in advance. The sale should be done by 'NINA' (sales012inyc@163.com). We gave order to our bank to transfer the amount of USD 393 to the named beneficiary account 9830-2201040737001 at Wing Hang Bank China Ltd, Shenzhen Branch (WIHBCNBX). The transfer takes place on Feb. 01. Thereafter there were multiple tries to contact the salesperson, and the bank too, to find out some details for receiving the ordered parts. All effort ends up with the same result - 'Quiet Silence'. No response, no email, no delivery of goods, nothing! Today: April 02.
