They don't have anyone real in there except guys who's actually are their target. I'm pretty sure they have employees somewhere in China or some 3rd world country and what they do is they probably get paid by each msg received but limit is once a day that's why you've been getting only one reply. Each time when you reply you need to write a generated number to prevent scam but it's actually against their employees so they wouldn't msg themselves n get money easy. But that's my opinion and I know for sure all of the girls there fake, I received like 50-60 different people's msgs and all look suspicious
