I am not sure if this company liget. Or if we been scammed. It was a phone call on extended truck warrenty they new the make of the truck, but they did ask the mileage of the truck, and since it only had 113,744 miles onit it quailified for the extended warrenty then they asked for the year and the vin number. To start the process fee they first asked for 150.00 down and 106.00 a month for 2years the last 3 years we didn't have to pay anything when we said we couln't do it. He brought the down payment down to 79.00 and still pay 106.00 for 2 years. We new we could do it for that amount. Then i gave the phone to my husband and he explained everything to him then he asked for a pre paid debit card either master or vista card my husband had one sent to him in the mail. So we don't know anything about on how they work these debit card the card was called Mympowercard something like that so we went ahead and activated it after we activated it then we got to thinking the name of the card migt be a scam then we were afraid to use it. We told them this. That is when they asked for my husband's personal info. And bank info. He gave it to them. Believing at first that this legetiment[legal, the real thing] after we got done talking to them the one guy said he was the underwriter his name was larry the other guy's name was kevin both gave first names only then when he finished talking[kevin]to my husband after he got all my husband's personal
info, said they needed it to withdraw the 79.00 from his account so they said couldn't start the processing fee of 79.00 they could't process it without the 79.00 but after the phone coversation was over they hung up the more we though t about what we just done the more we thought about it. If we might had been or was scammed by this company they call themselves reliant repair protection/american auto shield. Please help us thanks
