I met him on tagged.com we exchange emails and phone numbers we talked about two weeks he said he lived in in one state but he were working out of the states he said that he had ran out of money he need $200 to buy food he will pay me when he get home i said i did not have money i call out of the state ran my phone bill to $900 when i told him that i did not have any money he said that i did not love him he did not want to talk to me any more
