Ronny Lewis called for a locksmith to make an ignition key. When the locksmith came out I was told he could not make a key to the ignition. The locksmith went on to say to do that he had to run the VIN # and the license plate. After running the VIN # and license plate he made a key. Apparently he did not test the key before giving it to me. When I tried the key it did not work and I have tried several times to have them to make this situation right. I was told that the locksmith said he told me he could only make a key to the door and that was not that case. I have a key to the door. I have been told twice that the manger would contact me and I still have not heard from the manger. All I have is a number. I spoke with Ausor (not sure if the spelling is right) on March 29th. I was told there was no information for the transaction nor for the manager to contact me. The # I have is 214-432-8976.
