A followup to my complaint. I finally was able to speak to a real person. It took all day long and I got a call back from Cindy Berg in the accounts receiveable department. She said I needed to send her $950.00 more dollars in order to get the insurance on the loan. I told her I was not sending her anymore money and she need to send my $782.60 back to me immediately. She said they would close my account and send a certified check to me in 5 to 7 days. Well I called her again this morning and she has now told me that my check will go thru refunding department and they only are open on Saturday's. She said it takes at least 15 days to refund me. I told her I know her company is a scam and I have filed a complaint against them. She hung up on me. Oh my gosh what a mess i have put myself in. Please no one send these awfult people any money. I want my money back. I filed a complaint with the Ohio Stet Attorney general's office and I am giving them my emails and phone messages from Mr. Dennis Black and Mrs. Cindy Berg.
