On Feb 10, a Bellagenix banner popped up while I was surfing through websites. After I clicked the banner, it said that any one could place order for a free trial with payment of only US $4.95 shipping cost (without other terms and conditions stated therein at all). I then executed an order and filling in my credit card information. Approximately 1 week later, I got a jar of the product in an envelope from FEDEX together with shipping document and noted that my order no. Is BI1155037. Thereafter, my credit card statements arrived with a charge under this order at US $99.95 (not $4.95). I then took a look at the shipping document again and found out that there are terms and conditions on the back of one page shipping document saying at the last 2 paragraphs other than BellaGenix's Directions of use that if I do not satisfy with the product, I've got to return it within 14 days from the date of order. Otherwise, Bellagenix will charge me US $99.95 for that trial jar. Obviously, it's over 14 days by the time I've got my credit card statements. I then contacted my bank to deny this transaction and was informed that Bellagenix also charged me again for another jar and my bank could not help me unless I can negotiate and agree with Bellageinix. A few days later, I did get a new 2nd jar of Bellagenix from FEDEX. I therefore called them at their call center no. (1-888-478-0416) explaining to them every thing that had happened. However, they said they could not refund for both amounts (2 jars) even if I return such 2 jars to them since my cancellation is too late and what they can do is only to cancell the 3rd jar and any other jar thereafter.

Absolutely, this is a sort of cheating and it could be a criminal offense. However, I'm in Thailand which I don't think it's worth it to lodge litigation proceeding against them.
