Today I received my credit card bill where I found that Veloura charged my card $94.40. They sent me a sample for a free trial mid-December for which I paid shipping costs of $4.95. They sent me an Order Confirmation email (Dec. 12) with with the word "TRIAL" printed boldly, and a Shipment Confirmation email (Dec. 18). There was no mention whatsoever in either email about any obligation on my part to purchase their product. After that, I heard nothing from them until I saw my bill today where my card was charged $94.90 last March 11 for something I did not order and did not receive.
