I thought I was talking with an APPLE representative, and found out after being billed that I was not. My problem was that I could not get my GMAIL to work with my APPLE iPhone 4S, they put me on hold for several minutes asking me several questions about my phone. Serial Numbers, etc. They have my credit card number and all the specifics of my card which makes me very uncomfortable, as they are a ripoff company. They finally connected me with a so-called technition who did nothing, hung up on me without resolving my problem and then they charged my CC number. Do not use this company ever. They make you believe you are speaking with apple.
