I never received a product key to properly download my purchased product. Ive asked for and have not received customer or technical support to satisfy my problem. I've asked for a refund from all 3 organizations and my requests are ignored.

Here is my proof:

The email I received below is the latest example of the unnecessary difficulty I've endured since I purchaed BitDefender 2013. I have never had this much difficulty in obtaining the level of technical and customer service support I needed to install and enjoy a product... Ever before. Now, I am ata level of frustration that I should just insist on a refund of my purchase and cut my losses.

I can assure you that this will be the extent of my frustration with your company (ies). I will expect a full refund and anything less will require me to escalate this to your president, consumer protection agancies and fraud and law enforcement organizations. So i hope you take my rmail seriously.
