Hi i purchased 12 months Xbox live gold membership from them, after making payment i received an order number and the advert stated i would send the code immediately upon receiving payment but alas it never came through. The day after i sent an email to them, actually it prompted me to open a 'support ticket' where i gave a description of my complaint and concerns and i received an email saying they are processing it. Now i have tried to contact them and the site has changed:- (I paid through debit card, is there any way i can get my money back or should i just accept they have done what they set out to do and rob me and probably thousands of people out of there hard earned money?
