This website http://www.paypalvcc.com sale fakes service like VCC, AVS VCC, Fake Paypal, Fake Phone verification Paypal. I paid for VCC with believe to send my Vcc to I and make purchase. After making payment via Liberty reserve I did not receive anything and I've sent several message with out any response. They are scammer.
