There was an internet advertisment claiming they required customers will to do a trial in their product (with feedback) before it went on market. It was a Free Trial and I was only asked to pay $9.95 for shipping & handling. I did receive product, no paperwork & no questionnaire for feedback. There was No mention of a 14 day trial as your (Numerous) complaints are stating. I was checking my account today for a book I had ordered & I was very taken back by what I saw... Dead Sea had deducted $300.00 from my account, which I cannot Afford! The funds have already cleared my account, if I had of known about this I certainly would have stopped payment. What I don't understand is with all these complaints... Why are these people still doing the same thing to others as of today???
