Thank you for all the complaints posted here. I, too, have also received the same prize claim notice that I have won $3,062, 814, and that I have to send in $20 in order to claim the prize. Luckily I Googled RES before sending in the money and see that so many people also receive the same notice. This is definitely a scam.
