I purchased a storage shed on 10/29/06 from Tuff Shed.in my opinion it appears to have been leaking around the bottom for some time. I have been ill (recovering from a small stroke) and do not get outside to check on things as often as I would like. Tuff Shed sent people out to check on my complaint. They said it was just "wicking" and not covered by the warranty (7 Years). Talked to Walt (Manager?) He saying it is my responsibility for upkeep of the shed. He repeated that it was probably "wicking" so not covered by the warranty. I had to move what I could to a rubbermaid smaller shed to keep some things dry. Can not tell how much damage is done to the oak doors have because it is too heavy for me to move. Mildew on some of the boards.
