Hi, I have the same situation. I applied for a loan of $10000CDN online for debt consolidation on Wednesday (March 20) and got an email about the online loan approval from Ann-Marie Harrison (Loan Advisor) with the agreement that I had to pay a Monetary Collateral of $972.45 for first 5 months before application went to process. I faxed them all the required documents including $973 money order and mailed it to Kitchener, ON office.in their website and her email they mentioned Canada branch office is at 30 Duke St, Kitchener, ON. I sent Canada Express Post to them on Friday (March 22). Monday March 25, they should have received that package and when I tracked online I found out it was going to return to my address because of incomplete address. After then, I contacted with Ann-Marie several times. Whenever I got that Canada Express Post package I cashed that money order and sent $973 to Western Union to Richard Harvey, Whitby, ON because Ann-Marie told me to do so on March 27. She told me to send MTCN and receipt copy by fax. I faxed at 11 am. I asked how long it will take to process and she said 6 hours. Near around 4 pm I checked Western Union online and found out that Richard Harvey picked up the amount. After 6 pm I called Ann-Marie about the status, she told me because of Friday it will be a long weekend so much traffic to go through that was why its delaying but I will get the loan into my account that evening. I checked my account several times and called her also. Thursday (March 28) means today, this morning I called her and she told me that my application is at high risk so I have to pay the standard insurance of $900 CDN more. That time I said to her better return my $973 CDN now, as you know I am in debt and I can not pay you anymore. She said ok, it will take 5 days to close your application because of long weekend. I said please send me $973 dollar now by Western Union. When I asked her about company address, she told me she will email me because she was on another phone. I asked her is it 30 Duke St? And she said yes. I asked what is the suite number and first she said there was no suite number and suddenly said 201. Because I know, 30 Duke St West, Kitchener, ON is a commercial Building and I did not put the suite number and because of that package returned to me. I live here in Canada 10 years and first time this kind of fraudulent happened with me. They seems so good to be true. They have website address http://www.gainsviewholdings.com/; they have email: approvals@gainsviewholdings.com. They have USA head office, they have marketing and they have Canadian Affairs, also several phone numbers including extension. Ann-Marie Ext 185. If I get my money $973 back, I will be very happy rather than loan $10000 CDN. Help me out, they have all my information.
