I wanted to get my husband a 12 month xbox live card gold membership via email. I placed the order I waited a few hours for my email code and did not receive it at all. I called for like 5 days straight left messages threatened to call the police and make a report. I have yet to hear from them at all and I am going to take my lost even though I am really mad that people do that to honest hard working people. Lesson learn you got me this time you won't again
