I purchased 12 months x-box live gold membership plus 4200 microsoft points for just over £54, just like the other complainants i received conformation of my purchase and e-mail with codes had been completed... No codes arrived in my inbox or spam folders.
Opened a support ticket with them and 24hrs later i have had no response, tried the phone number and got a recorded message in a dodgy American female accent didn't even bother leaving a message.
I've contacted my credit card provider to notify them, and i will be speaking to the disputes dept. Tomorrow to claim my money back!
Don't be scammed like me and the rest of the people complaining on here!!
