I made the mistake of thinking this was a reputable company, I should have done my homework. I joined on 02/10 after being bombarded with 60 plus emails, repeatedly stating the service was $24 for one year. I paid my $24.00 and visited the site a couple of times, DID NOT sign up for any other services. Then suddenly on 03/11 my account was charged another $39.99, which due to the fact my account was pretty low (and this was a charge I was NOT expecting since I had paid for one year) caused an overdraft and a charge of $33. I complained immediately to this company told them I had NOT signed up for anything and now I am out $33 plus the $39.99 and to cancel my account and refund all of my money. They refunded the $39.99; at which point I complaint to the BBB; they reluctantly refunded $24; but I am supposed to be happy that this BAD experience with this underhanded company has cost me $33. I will be very vocal about my experience.
