They call placing an order for labels shipping it International and want you to use there shipping people wanting half the money wired, western union or money gram up front.
They have art from us know. They say it for Destiny Achievers Ministry.
Once you wire them half or all the money the amount used on credit card they paid with is disputed. Reversing the charges they paid with. They have all the information on the credit card including address. They are really convincing.
