I paid this company $4000 to assist me with my back taxes. They were suppose to contact the IRS on my behalf to schedule a payment plan and to help reduce my settlement. Nothing was done and once I contact the IRS myself, they indicated that nothing was done on my account and that Link & Associates did not have the authority to represent me.
