I ordered a copy of MS Office Pro and didn't receive anything for 30 days. I finally received a letter explaining I would have to download the program. I did, but when I went to activate the program I was told by both internet and telephone that the Product Code and the installation ID numbers were not valid. There is no response by the company to phone calls or emails. The address given me was a UPS mail box store in Galeburg, IL.
