I received an email from http://womenfreebies.ca / informing me that by paying shipping and handling of $5.95 I was to receive free samples of reputable cosmetics such as Clinique. This was done via an online transaction. I was then invoiced for $9.95 instead of $5.95. Three weeks later I was billed $149.95. Nothing has been received to date. If nothing is received by April 2, I will contact my credit card company to file a dispute and hopefully be done with this. This has all the ear marks of a scam.
