Hi there. I had my photoshoot taken at citi studio on 14th sep 2012. I was told by stephen, the manager that i would receive my airbrushed and a4 images of gold package within 4 weeks of photoshoot date. Time flashed by and after 2 to 3 months when i didn't receive these images i called citistudio and they said now ur airbrushed and A4 images will be done by modelspro, the agency on which behalf you came for photoshoot. They showed concern and asked modelspro as to when would they upload my profile. Roy from modelspro appologised me for delay and asked me to send them the basic images i received from citistudio on photoshoot date and uploaded my profile on their website after 3 months. First mofelspro should not have asked me for sending them these images as according to citistudio they themselves had sent them. Now citistudio backtracked from their earlier statement saying sorry the images will be airbrushed by modelspro and also they would send you A4 prints as well. I contacted modelspro through email and phone since and the last email they responded me was back on 2nd of jan. Since then they have neither responded to my emails and also their phone number is unrecognised. I visited their place of contact and estate agents below them say they have left some 3 months ago. I have contacted citistudio cox i only have their receipt of payment of 1715 pounds for gold package but citistudio cut sorry figure saying you must contact the agency through which you came to us. Now please tell me where should i go as neither do i have my airbrushed images nor do i have A4 prints of my images plus no job offer. Agency doesn't exist there anymore. I have lost my 1700 plus pounds after 7 months of my photoshoot no hope whatsoever as agency must be fake.
