I ordered 2 trial creams from this company in september which i never received. I have since this date been charged approx £135.00 per month for something which I have never received and never will as I moved property in Novemer. I have wrote to my bank several times to ask them to cancel these payments but nothing happens. I have also emailed vitalyzeskin several times but with no response. Can anyone please please advise how else I can contact them or what I can do as I need my money back
