Ad and nasty service

Hello and I hope that this message reach the right person to do something about the manager that worked the shift of mar, 22 between the hours of 12am and 1am. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my food she grabbed my money and slammed the window on me. Than I ask if I could ad on a item and in a none respected way she replied to me (oh no you cant do that your going to have to go back around). Smh I didn't even reply to the nasty way that she said it. And on top of it all when I did get home to enjoy my food I bit into the champ burger to only find out that it was raw in the middle and then I went to eat my hot wings and they was so hard and old. I am so disappointed because this is the same reason why I stopped going there 2 years ago, only to come and try this one again and get the same out come. I hope tis message changes something about this because it give the busyness a bad name. And if I can go to a different store for 2 years and come back only to deal with the same service it gives the company a bad name and like me if I can go to a different store for two whole years so can others...
